Fd33 Terms & Conditions — Before Using the Platform Good to Know

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the fd33 platform (https://fd33.best) and all associated services. By creating an account or using any of fd33's services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These terms apply to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Bangladesh. fd33 cannot be accessed from countries where online betting is prohibited by law. fd33 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time.

Although these terms are published in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in any legal interpretation. Disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where fd33's headquarters is located.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on fd33. If an account is opened using false or misleading details, fd33 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the balance at any time.

Account Rules:

• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, or device are not permitted.
• Account login credentials (email and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Members are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
• Deposits using third-party funds are not permitted.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must remain active at all times.

Deposit Rules:

General Bonus Terms:

• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs are settled at revised odds.

Members may request account closure at any time. However, if a withdrawal is in progress, the account will not be closed until that transaction is completed.
